Pin-Up Cornhole
While still in the trades, I built this Cornhole set with some leftover plywood, poplar, and 2x4’s. Decided it would be a little easier to tote around at 2’ x 3’ (instead of 2’ x 4’ regulation size), with the added benefit of the artwork fitting in frame a little nicer.
I borrowed the artwork from one of my favorite games of all time, Battlestations Midway. Did a little tweaking with the background and had it printed at my cousins print shop.
Threw on a black border for a little wood protection and added some under side LED lights to play in the dark (kinda work haha). Have the boards set up to ride in the bed of my truck so as to enjoy cornhole with whoever I meet, whether the bar or the mountains. This set has seen a ton of use, if i ever fix anything on these boards, it would likely be more lights to really play in the night.
